LAMAR KEARSON, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Lamar serves as Executive Vice President of Pike Telecom with overall responsibility for strategy, customer relations and operations. He joined Pike in 2017 as Vice President of Special Projects, and subsequently has worked in a variety of leadership positions at Pike. Lamar has worked in the utility space since 1997 and held a series of executive positions in his career prior to his joining Pike. Lamar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

JOHN FRAITES, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

John Fraites serves as Senior Vice President of Pike Telecom, with responsibilities for Finance, Contracts, Legal and Administration. He joined the company in 2018 directing Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Pike, John oversaw the financial management of several utility-scale solar, hydroelectric and natural gas plants across the United States. His business acumen and industry knowledge help guide future growth and safeguard operational performance. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

DANA MORTON, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
DANA MORTON, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Dana Morton leads Pike Telecom’s Engineering group and has been with the company for 33 years. He is responsible for the Communications Division across our footprint. Under Dana’s leadership, the business has engineered fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks past more than four million homes and designed tens of thousands of miles of fiber-optic network for various wireline communications providers. Dana’s team also supports numerous wireless communications providers with small cell engineering, design and construction services across the U.S.

RICK COBURN, VICE PRESIDENT

Rick Coburn joined the company more than 21 years ago and oversees all engineering, drafting, permitting and surveying activities for our Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) clients. Rick’s areas of expertise include integration of client-specific systems and associated foundations, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) design criteria, network transformation, contract engineering services and records management.

Carl Fairweather started with Pike Telecom more than 24 years ago and is responsible for the delivery of outside plant engineering, construction, drafting and permitting services for our wireless and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) customers. Carl has extensive experience in OSP fiber design and construction, plan/profile drawings, DOT permitting and third-party licensing, job cost estimating and standards development.
